I can no longer get my blog to syndicate to my Google+ page.

I can no longer get my blog to syndicate to my Google+ page, can anyone advise how to help? I use to do it through WordPress have changed to have my blog on my website...any help would be appreciated. HootSuite hasn`t been able to help at all. THANKS! Ben?
