Somebody mentioned to look at SEOProfiler.

Somebody mentioned to look at SEOProfiler. I ran a couple of pages through its optimiser. A number of my heading tags and anchor text of links it says are overoptimised. Is it worthwhile to spend time adjusting these? I`m also wondering whether Google will think of the adjustments as trying to game the system??
