  Chris Simmance: Actually remove poor links. Disavow in without a manual penalty (unless you had one?) won't have a decent enough effect!

  - Google plus company page & authenticate homepage link
  - Do the same with Pinterest & post up 100 pics of travel & portugal ...linking back & with keyword focused pinterest pages
  - Exploit your YouTube Channel with 1-2 mins of Travel & Portugal ... link back to homepage

  We can say: You got negative results because of Penguin or Panda. or it may not be. Look at your competition. They are doing pretty good optimization than you.
  When I look at your website, there are plenty of on-page mistakes exists. ;
  
  1) - Fix your duplicate content issues.  ; (80% of your problem solved)
  2) - 2 or 3 heading tags is enough. ;
  3) - Why are you tweeting Facebook links in twitter? Tweet with bit.ly or goo.gl or with your own URL. You have 500+ followers in Twitter but not enough engagement. ;
  4) - You need more mentions for your page name in Google+. ;
  5) - Also concentrate on Website Speed. ;
  6) - ;disavow spammy links.
