How often do you conduct a survey to see if your business is going in the right direction?

How often do you conduct a survey to see if your business is going in the right direction?
Big or small, businesses need stakeholder (customer/employee/partners/suppliers/distributors) feedback to learn and grow. I see companies signing up on different paid and free survey sites to conduct satisfaction survey. But there are a lot of companies who are unaware of the importance of these survey.

Just wanted to know how/if you do online surveys and how often do you think it is recommended. Let me know.

Kelvin

  • Zsolt Bégányi: Survey making obviously recommended, if you would like to lead in a new product, or service.  ;It is recommended, when you would like to know how your product in a market, and if you get to know the opinions of the customers.
  • Shawn Cohen: I love surveying customers--I would do it as often as you have a specific goal in mind for the survey and how you're going to use the feedback. But for smaller business decisions, a survey doesn't make as much sense.
