Jim Munro: I wonder if it might be because of the closeness of your site to citationlabS(dot)com, Kim. If I search for "citationlab" Google shows me citationlabs. I cannot see a knowledge graph or any maps listing. Are you able to supply a Google SERP which includes your maps listing?

On a more serious note, your brand name is incredibly close to that of an online authority as +Jim Munro ;has pointed out. Combine this with little to no backlinks and you'll struggle to rank for your brand name. It's likely that you were enjoying a honeymoon period on account of freshness. ; ;

Kim Romarez: No Jim not my site... I have other client ..we have a good ranking in Google places ...for a couple of months we are on the page #1 position of google places...then suddenly last week its not there..Weird..
