  Greg Kristan: Hi +Mathew D ;, I just checked your UK Hen Nights page in Google and it says it was cached by Google on March 23rd, 2014.

  Mathew D: ya but this is done by me using fetch only everytime i fetch using WMt when its cache other wise autmetically no cache now i am fetch againon 31 march then cache  ;other wise no +Greg Kristan ;

  Your homepage was cached on the 31 march. This may not be indexed on the same day, given their are 7 data centers in the UK, these need to marry up.
  
  Secondly the site does not have any real authority so your sites pages will not be visited and cached as often as an authority site.
  
  Thirdly a cached page or when it was cached does not dictate where you rank
