Greg Kristan: I would suggest to do AdWords (or paid) first to get an idea how users react to certain keywords when they come to your site. I would like at metric like bounce rate, time spent on site, conversion rate, and assisted conversions after a paid visit.
Then based off that data I would formulate an SEO strategy around the best words
