What to do to keep up with Google mobile search algorithm updates?

Hiii Guys, You must be familiar with the Google mobile search algorithm update.... This time my question is related to mobile responsive website... What would be your opinion to make a mobile friendly website?  Please let me know what are you guys doing to keep up with Google mobile search algorithm updates and what that has to be done for our customers?
