Shock horror... Facebook is not the silver bullet of social media strategy
Nice to see someone realise that Facebook is not the only answer, but I wonder if it has more to do with a bad strategy mixed with bad objectives.
Westfield has had a push for online content for its businesses for a while now, but as each of these businesses sell something different, treating them as a single unit seems unwise.
Especially given the money that these businesses have to pay to Westfield to have their stores in these malls, I am curious how much effort goes into doing the best for the business rather than the Westfield brand.
