  • Andrei Gherghel: I think its both. I consider SEO mostly a mix between Total Quality Management (fully dedicated to the client) and a good market related marketing campaign. Giving the customers what they look for (website functionality, products) and providing them a nice and pleasant customer experience. Doing the best for the customers is the best SEO and it will have very good results.
  • Ovais Ehsan: SEO is all about acquiring new customers. Retaining customers is a part of your 'level of services' you offer to your customers.
