Roy K: What's best practice? Using 1 or 2 or 3 keywords in one webpage title?
Blade S: Three keywords, no. One or two, yes. I usually use one, but there are some cases when it's better to use two: a primary keyword and a secondary one (e.g. Homepages/Site Titles).
If you don't spot a good opportunity for two keywords, just go with one.
Ryan Cramer: I think I may have answered this on your "theory" question.

Roy K: Thx for answering the question in the Hangout video.
Over time I have adopted the method of going with one keyword in the title only. However it's really up to the pages content and purpose of the landingpage if a second keyword is adviseable. As +Ryan Cramer ;suggested in a different post, a local-based keyword (or synonym) could be a great addition to a title for local or niche businesses. Sticking to just one keyword in the title, also leaves room for other keywords to be used in different titles of different webpages. Google will love you for it. Despite that I am still happy with my one-keyword approach, I just wanted to share the basics of the question with you to see how other SEO's think about this. ;
