Anyone here using Spyder Spanker plugins? It gives me "Fatal error"

Anyone here using Spyder Spanker plugins? I already installed the plugins but when I activate it and its says "Fatal error", , Anyone here encountered this kind of issues and please help me on how to fix it. Thanks in advance!?
