I need your opinion about my backlink SEO method

  Lets assume a backlink Seo method as follows:
  I write an article to Site A and I place a link to my site lets say raise- capital.do
  Someone else posts an article to Site B with link to Site A with the anchor text "raise capital" on the same page where I have my article .
  And again someone else is posting an article to Site C with ; the same anchor text as above with link to Site B.
  Does this method comply to the rules set by the algorithm of Google, if any? Is there any problem with this development ?
  I would like to have your opinion.

  Ryan Cramer: Are you funnelling or creating a hallway scheme where if someone lands on site A, B, or C that they would be trapped in those sites until they get to your intended site? That would be a problem.
  
  However if sites A, B, and C truly independent, and have good content (rich and unique), why worry about trying to manage a scheme like that? Simply link to the site directly.
  
  I would caution you about using the same anchor text though.  ;Perhaps reading about "miserable failure" (aka Google Bomb) and what changes were put in place to avoid penalty.
