  Blade S: Well there could be many reasons why the site is not ranking: the keywords are not properly chosen; bad on-page optimization; low-quality content; low-quality backlinks or bad backlinks that could get you penalized; etc.

  The major problem is that you don't have an optimized site title. Your title is Dean Infotech. You need a proper title with keywords. For example - Application Development and Website Design | Dean Infotech.
  
  Also, people won't search for Dean Infotech, they search for "application development service", "website design service", etc. Your business is not visible.
  
  You also have a duplicate homepage: http://deaninfotech(dot)com/index.html and http://deaninfotech(dot)com/. Google sees this like two different sites, so your also kind of competing with yourself. You need to add a canonical URL to the page that you want to rank with.
  
  You also have too many H1s on your homepage, like 6 or something. That's not good for SEO, or at least not the best practice whatsoever. You need one H1 with your desired keyword, and make the others H2s.
  
  I've also checked your backlinks. I've seen several low-quality directories which could mean bad news. You also have much more dofollow links than nofollow, and that's not so good since you've BUILD them, you didn't receive them in a natural way. That could be suspicious to Google.
  
  This are just some problems I've noticed after a quick look. There could be more...

  Ryan Cramer: Doing a site:domain search, at least you are being indexed.  ;I have to agree with +Blade S ;about the optimization of title, and I don't see any meta information either.  ;You may want to look at your h1->h2->h3 hierarchy as well (each page should have only 1 <h1>) , and getting rid of the "lorem ipsum" on internal pages may also help
