I updated my site and cannot be found in SERPS.

i made certain update to one of my website and then used"fetch as google" since then I am not able to see any page of my website on google. what can be the reason

Did you disallow the the site?
Satheesh Adepu: +ankita sharma 'fetch as google' only tests how a page responds to Google bot. if you can give more details, that will be helpful for us.
ankita sharma: i made following changes
(I) changed tittle tag
(ii) changed meta description
(iii) added some new pages
(iv) disallowed links
