One page or multiple pages?

We sell products of various sizes ie 250ml 500ml or 1kg 2kg etc. From seo point is it best to have individual product page for each or one page with drop down. We have individual pages but i worry about duplicated content and spreading any `juice` we have over several pages rather than one.
Im guessing one page may be best from ux point of view
