Jeremy Estes: I prefer majestic, but I think mainly because I have been using it for so long, I know exactly what I am looking for and how to interpret their metrics. I usually do a majestic + ose combination.

Shawn Cohen: I think Majestic has the edge for the historic link index but Ahrefs is pretty awesome in its own right.
