How do I disconnect my YouTube personal page from my personal G+ page and connect it to my G+ business page?

I have a question about YouTube. I have a personal YouTube page which is connected to my G+ personal page. 1). How do I disconnect my YouTube personal page from my personal G+ page and connect it to my G+ business page? 2). If that cannot be done do I have to create a YouTube business page and connect it to my G+ business page? If so how do I do that since I can`t seem to find the option under my G+ business page??
