Aravind Seo: My website is affected on recent penguin update.. i want to know which is affected by google update it may be either backlinks or some other else.. how to find whats the actual problem caused / affected for my website... or is there any tool to found the problems and how to recover it ?

Penguin mainly targets the backlinks to your site and if these backlinks are not upto the algorithm requirements, then you are sure to be penalized by Penguin.. you will receive manual actions notification in Google webmaster and you will have to do backlink monitoring to check the quality of the backlinks and remove the bad links linking to your site.. ;

Ace Site Creator: You may not have done anything wrong in the eyes of Google. It is far more likely you just have not done enough right. For whatever reason, they may not put as much value on your site, or at least in relation to the keywords it was ranking for, now.
It's nothing personal. It is just the algorithms.

Aravind Seo: but it notifies me that my site is affected and all my rankings are down and keywords are gone.. if nothing is wrong what should i do to recover.. ;

I"ve been hit in the past although not this time. Personally, I've been working on improving the content on my sites. That has helped some but not as much as I hoped. Recently, I've been making and uploading videos to Youtube with backlinks. That seems to have more effect.
