Due to algorithm update my site is affected and my rankings are down.

Due to algorithm update my site is affected and my rankings are down.. and there is no issues in webmaster tools for penalty. so whats the actual problem and how should i recover it ?

if there is backlinks spam how to clean it ? i checked backlinks in opensiteexplorer. it shows me a list of nofollow links pointing to a websites. what should i do ? shall i clean the nofollow ? or what next to do with the backlinks list? is the nofollow links are really a problem ? or any other problems in backlinks list ? what to do with those links ?

W.E. Jonk: +Aravind Seo ;you where flagged by Google+ and I approved your post. However you did push out this post to many many communities and that might be the reason why Google+ flagged you for spam. Therefore, you need to be very careful with posting on multiple communities. ;

Furthermore since you use a Google+ profile and not a Google+ page is your last-name really Seo? To be honest, that is something that most people don't really appreciate and thereby they might report you sooner... ;
