things aren`t good
Things weren`t good in Yahoo! Local for a while:
1) Interface of Yahoo! Small Business is confusing. I feel sorry for business owners, especially those who aren`t tech savvy.
2) User experience "inside" (once you get an account and submit listing) isn`t great at all. There are 2 conflicting interfaces - seems like beta didn`t really take off. Too many bugs when submitting and working with listings. I remember not being able to save changes in the old interface recently because page would get stuck with irrelevant error message that wouldn`t go away and let me save changes.
3) Now this observation from Nyagoslav about the most important part - verification and service itself.
Yahoo! Local seems to be going from bad to worse.

Google local is getting in shape now.
Will Yahoo! Local? Will they reinforce the program, get resources and get it in shape?
