We have websites as example URL
/index.php?cl=details & anid=210015/GSP

But now changed to /index.php?cl=details & anid=210015%2FGSP

Does this change will influence SEO?

Marjara: +Simas Jokubauskas Every change what ever minor it is make strong influence on SEO, the change makes URL as new to search engine, and as suggested by +Brent Wildman ; 301 re director confirms to search engine that you have a new URL for old one and they give same weight to new one as that of old one.
