One of the directories I am in is being reviewed by Google.Should I be concerned that my website will be penalized? And if so what steps should I take to avoid any repercussions.

Greg Bellan: Nah, as long as your site isn't doing anything dubious from a #SEO ;perspective you've got nothing to worry about. ;IF the directory gets in trouble and you wanted to you could use the Disavow tool in GWT - though this is for extreme cases and I'm guessing you won't need to go this route: ;https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2648487?hl=en
