Google has made a small update to their webmaster guidelines

"The problem here is that it`s not about the content quality at all and never will be, it`s about the links. You could have the best quality post and still get flagged. Search quality team is incapable of judging quality content as they lack subject expertise so when they spot certain patterns (much like the algorithms designed to flag them in the first place) they simply mark the pages and links as spam / unnatural."
