My blog i dont know is circulating where and how. Blog is about branding and i get comments from people talking shopping and etc etc. Have no idea how it reached those people.

Above is some unknwn comment i received and many more strange comments coming in. Although i have moderation enabled but can anyone help me in knowing where and how to track blog circulation , as such random comments may b is like a spam. I dont know how to control it. Can such thing let google penalize me. Kindly help.
