  Kartic Bedi: What is "Reserve SEO" exactly ?
  it seems to be opposite to SEO, one of my client ask me to do reserve SEO on their website, they wants to drop ranking of their website to second page from first ! and also they want to remove something from google's auto suggestion (when you type something in search and google suggests) for particular term !!! ; i wonder how to remove something from google auto suggest and what techniques use to drop rankings down for there keyword for website ?
  
  Seems odd ? yeah but what's the answer ?

  Jim Munro: I'm not an SEO, Kartic, but if I were to be one, I imagine I could provide a service like this out of the box, clients would not need to ask to be dropped from P1 to P2. :)

  Dave Elliott: Ok, this is getting into black hat territory, i shall provide some info, but would urge you to tell the client no and to not do any of this, its this kinda crap that gives the industry a bad name quite frankly. ;
  
   ;auto suggest is worked out by google queries that others fill in. So to game that(dont game google!) , you have to find a way to fill in a lot of google queries so that instead of  ;'nike sucks'  ;it will say 'nike gives money to fluffy bunnies" you will likely have to do this for a fair few phrases, to push the auto suggest off the page. Also, it might have to be done a ridiculous number of times, this will involve a script(very naughty) or a programme (very naughty)
  
  As for moving a web on THEIR websisite down... err why not just get rid of the page or, deindex it? Are you sure its not someone elses website that the page resides on? Mucking up a pages seo should just be a case of getting rid of a few links and making sure the phrase doesn't appear in the content. if it is on someone else website then you can do all sorts of very dishonest things that i will have no part of and offer no advice.
  
  I would recommend this kinda query be answered by the people at blackhatworld or one of those sorts of forums to be honest rather than here. But y'know really don't.

  I'd think that this is a form of reputation management. some SEOs provide this service for their clients who want to bump a couple of results off the first page, which almost always involve website's that are not your clients. ;
  
  Strategies can be less harmful: such as creating various new content targeting the same keywords in an effort to outrank the "offending" site.
  
  Semi grey hat: which is to artificially improve the rankings of other "less offensive" results on the SERP so they push the "offending" site off
  
  black hat: straight up using negative SEO to bomb the site out of SERPs.
  
  A company that's desperate to protect its reputation might just use such a "reverse seo" tactic.
