Nguyên banglaixeoto: Can anyone tell me how to exclude traffic from this site?? thank U :)
Tim McDonald: You could try blocking the following IP from your Server, 198.41.182.88
That may block traffic you actually want from being able to view your website though.
You can also try going to the "Audience>Technology>Network" and finding out what network the traffic is coming from and then blocking that network from you server.
Tony McCreath: Or you could add a view filter to block that referrer.
Tim McDonald: +Tony McCreath ;But that would only block the results from his analytics reports. I think his problem is that he has 22,000 hits to his site all with 100% Bounce Rate and 0 time spent on site. It looks to me like he is being attacked by a bot network.
Micah Fisher-Kirshner: That's a bit more of a log server/IT area to block... you'd need to post what you use outside of GA for us to recommend on how to block them.
Heena Shah: +Nguyên banglaixe ;please let me know if you find answer.. as i am facing similar probelm

J. Alexander Curtis: Not sure if you understand the seriousness of what you have here. This looks like a DDoS attack. Someone wants to hurt your business for one reason or another and this should be cause for serious alarm. You are going to want to block them from reaching your server. Your analytics reports are the least of your worries right now.
If you go into your view settings of GA, you can choose to exclude that domain or ip. However, that will only keep them from showing up in your results. This is a good trick if you want your employees to not show up in analytics readings (usually a good idea).
But if they are DDoSing you then this won't do anything except make them not show up in results. So in that case you want to blacklist them from your server. So they don't crash your server. Contact your web host for help with that.
