Google business places and Google+?

OGLE PLUS LISTING HELP - HOW DID IT GET THERE? Does anyone know if you create a Google places for business listing if it automatically creates a Google + page for that entry?I created a Google Places for Business Map which seems to have created its own map listing which links to a Google + page I did not create and dont know how to edit. I have clicked on is this your busines & manage. I cant see how it has created a Google + page. I have subsequently created a new Google + page as I did not know how the other one got created. What is the best action to take here. Attached is the link to the page it created its self. Any suggestions? Also, how do I find out if anyone replies to this post?
