Google says that SSL helps ranking now. My question is, does it matter if we apply it to the entire site or just selected pages? I`ve had the checkout and the login under SSL for long time but should I just force SSL for all pages? Thanks!?

Edwin Jonk: As far as I know the https algo is an per page algo. So the pages that serve https get a little boost while the pages under http will rank "normally".
