Does this impact my SEO in any way if I remove the dates?

I was working on cleaning up my site & doing a few design tweaks. I realized I wanted to no longer display the date of my posts (underneath the post title) for a more clean look. Does this impact my SEO in any way if I remove the dates? ?

Matt Staton: No - provided it doesn't change your URL too. If it changes your URL then you'd need to use 301's from the old to the new URL.
