Do I have a problem with anchor text?

Hello its me again..It`s been almost 4 months since I created my website. I had a lot of problems but thanks to this community and the amazing people here it was easy to fix them. But so far I still can`t get more than 10-15 unique visitors per-day and today I checked at Google with the keywords that i target that i cant find my website in 200 pages of search results. I can find my page only if i type Info:site.com or site:mysite.com but in Bing its on the first place by keywords but my goal is Google. So I`ve used tons of SEO tools and other suggestions and i found that i have problem with anchor text ( the picture below is from seo tool that inspect them and report for errors and overoptimization) Can someone explain me what is the real problem because i don`t really understand what those % means at all. I have hidden the url of the site and i don`t have any subdomains. Thank you once again.?
