I have a question i am speeding my site up with w3c and cloudflare/maxcdn and I have managed to get rid of most of the renderblock js/css in the above fold content, however i still have these appearing

Basically I need a way to get rid of these and am getting annoyed with these getting in the way, I have my head around the w3c optimisation but need a hand on this bit any suggestions clever people..
