  • Ranu Jain: I am not sure whether I understood your question correctly or not. You meant "countries" or "cities" of the those states?
  • Masatake Wasa: No, I think the OP means counties within states. For example, a state in the US is divided into counties. Without further information, such as the type of the service provided, it's difficult to comment, but generally speaking creating individual pages for each county for every state with unique contents would probably be impossible.
  • Ranu Jain: Thanks Masatake.

Yes, no point in creating different pages. You can just have  ;a multilingual website that targets users in different countries.
  • kurapati saikrishna: the service of the website is porta potty rentals. The site provides portable restroom rentals to all U.S states and all counties of each state. We are thinking to write content for each state and each county. Are there are suggestions to provide unique content. Is it mandatory to have unique content for each state page and county page
  • Masatake Wasa: If you create numerous pages that are essentially the same, except the name of the location, then such would be doorway pages as described at https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2721311?hl=en, viz. [m]ultiple pages on your site with similar content designed to rank for specific queries like city or state names
  • kurapati saikrishna: yes our client website has doorway pages having same content just a change in the location name. He is afraid from penalize by Google, so he asked us to write unique content for each state and counties. Do you have any suggestions for this to be done perfectly
  • Masatake Wasa: To be blunt, such a site ought to be penalized, and I doubt it'd be possible to create unique contents for each county in every state. You might be able, for example, to group reviews or past commissions, or give delivery times and depot locations by localities, but beyond that, I think it's going to be really tough.
  • Unique Websites: +kurapati saikrishna ;I don't know whether this site will get a penalty at some stage in the future and I'm not saying it's a fantastic site etc etc, but timeforyou.co.uk/Home-Cleaning/Kidderminster (NOT my own site) seems to achieve rankings for ;SOME (not all)  ;towns at this moment in time by getting LOTS of testimonials from different customers in the footer of each location page. They also have both local villages and postcodes + ;Google map on their local pages. IMO, it's the mass of customer testimonials in the footer of each page that bumps up the unique content.

Picking up on what +Masatake Wasa ;said earlier, if you limit your pages to states and then group reviews and customer/project details by county within each state, would that start to be a better way of doing things?
    For example

    StateA - Projects and Testimonials
    County A
    Project A
;- we provided .... service for ..... Building Company X for .... days at .... price.
    Customer testimonial = .....
    Project B
;Customer ... wanted this type of service at very short notice when a private house in Town Y needed ...
    Customer testimonial = ...
    County B
    Project C
This customer was a construction engineering company .....
  • Masatake Wasa: I agree. If I were in the OP's position, then I would start by sorting contents by the depot: so depot x would cover such and such counties, then list the contact details, reviews, past work (e.g. events). I'm not though sure if that'd be viable or advisable in this instance.
