Dumb SEO Questions

www.domain.com/page3 appears and the www.domain.com does not.

Good day.
I`m an Junior SEO Specialist and I have a little bit of confusion. I hope that you can help me with this.
I have a website(www.domain.com) with 3 subpages(www.domain.com/page3/ , www.domain.com/page1/, www.domain.com/page2/). All of them have the same meta keywords. And the thing is when I tried to enter the keywords in a search engine, www.domain.com/page3 appears and the www.domain.com does not. Could be the www.domain.com/page3 over-optimize? What would be the steps in order for the www.domain.com to appear instead of the subpage? Thanks sir. Have a good day.?
