it got demoted from 3 keywords but still ranks number one on some..

Collin Davis: Mayank, it could be a partial penalty though I am not sure. Penguin can hit your website on a page level which means certain pages may be penalized while others won't be....

It's hard to tell what the problem could be, from the little Information you gave.
