Will my new domain be penalized again by Google?

Hi There, i need to know that if my website is penalized by Google and then i create a new domain where i redirect my old domain to new domain, will my new domain be penalized again by Google??

Federico Sasso: I'm afraid yes, with the redirect the penalty will eventually follow too.
Patrick Rabanser: +Federico Sasso is right, otherwise everybody would do that and a penalty wouldn't have any sense!
Jakub Gajdamowicz: If so, then every spammer would burn a domain and redirect it to a competitors site.
