Spammy looking url that`s not part of my site

In my Google analytics I have a spammy looking url that`s not part of my site coming up in the list of pages visited. What do I do about this? The url is `/?r=http://bitcoin-4038.kxcdn.com`

Paul Thompson: That`s your homepage with a URL parameter added by a referrer spammer. The fact that the parameter (the part after the "?") is an actual URL is designed to trick you into visiting that URL. Such visits pollute your data but otherwise do no harm.
