  • Kia Kamgar: Yes, but depending on the system you use should it not be automatic?!
  • S?awomir Zdunek: No, I don't. I know. Shame on me. I think it could speed up the process of indexing but I'm too busy or too lazy. I update the sitemap from time to time. ;
  • Ovidiu Burduja: It can be done automatically, I just keep track of the entries in #sitemap.xml once a week.
  • Steve Bonin: +Ovidiu Burduja you just add the URL to the current sitemap?
  • Ovidiu Burduja: +Steve Bonin, yes, the URL to the current xml sitemap of the site is added to: robots.txt file and via Google webmaster tools (see https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/183669?hl=en ); the content of a typical sitemap: http://teamtrust.co.uk/post-sitemap.xml (test site, sitemap is automatically generated).
  • Tino Triste: It should be done dynamically. Look for a sitemap plugin for your blogging platform.
  • Top Ranks: Useful Discussion.
  • Ovidiu Burduja: It's based on users' input, maybe you'd like to add your two cents, +Top Ranks ? :)
