Will the links directed at a deindexed domain still pass PR?

Looking to build links to my website. Did research (ahrefs, whois.net) and found a domain with a nice link profile and good domain authority. I intend to 301 redirect (not develop site). My worry is Google seemed to deindex the domain I am looking to purchase. Will the links directed at a deindexed domain still pass juice to my (website/professional profile) if I 301 the deindexed domain to the web property of my choosing??

  • Interwebtech: If the domain is already deindexe than dont go for it, Deindex domain does not have any value left or can pass. If the domain is not deindex, go to archive.org and look back how the website was before and try creating similar or same topics and link back to to your site from content.... This would be the best method.

The cuetimes listed on this page are functional while the live broadcast continues and also once Youtube has finished processing the public broadcast. Processing time varies between 6-24 hours. During this period the clip is viewable in full but the cuetimes cannot be relied on.
