?ukasz Rogala: For backlinks - Ahrefs, Majestic or Link Research Tools (last one agregates a lot of links from different sources). For keywords - you can gather anchor txts using ScrapeBox from Links list or use Searchmetrics and SemRush which will show you a lot of keywords on which your competitors are ranking. For onpage analysis of your competitor I would rather recommend runing a simple crawl via Screaming Frog and make general overview of their optimization.
