  • Martino Mosna: My best guess: broken URL encoding on Adwords side + display campaign
  • Federico Sasso: Hi Alex,
did you update the full URLs in your AdWords ads?
My guess is the redirect from http to https drops the gclid used by AdWords autotagging.
You might also need to link again your Analytics/AdWords accounts.

The redirect from http to https does not pass the gclid parameter.

Pass the entire query string from http to https and you're most likely done.

;Should i de-link the existing tagging of adwords and analytics.
  • Federico Sasso: +Alex Sam, if fixing the URLs does the job, that's enough. +Martino Mosna ;is the expert here :)
I would personally first fix the redirect to pass the entire querystring, than start changing the URLs in the ads. I'm not an AdWord expert, but I think that if you change the URLs in the Ads their stats would reset; nevertheless I would do it to get rid of the redirect and improve response time.
  • Alex Sam: Thanks for helping to me. Resolve the fix...
