What`s the best way to report invalid Google Plus listings?

What`s the best way to report invalid Google Plus listings? For instance, a realtor claiming a for-sale property, or a competitor dropping a peg on the map right next to your store through a Google+ page, even though there`s no store at that location.
I know I can "suggest an edit" through Google Maps, but is that the best way to approach the problem??
