Did I make the correct choice?

I have a retail store client who had an established website (@ 5 years old). This site was hosted on caraudiobainbridgegeorgia dot com .. Client also owns precisionga dot com which is simply pointed to the other website. We built a new website and replaced the old one on caraudiobainbridgegeorgia dot com . I chose to keep the long url because of the longevity of the site and the keywords contained in it. Obviously Precision.com would have been more user friendly. Did I make the correct choice??

Richard Hearne: If it were me I'd consider branding over keywords in domain every day of the week. ;With such a long (and knarly) domain I'd heavily reconsider moving, but I'm not convinced PrecisionGa.com is so great. ;Probablky better than the longer name, but also has some downsides. ;Now if they owned Precision.com... that would be a different story altogether ;-)
