Lost rankings.

Hi, one of our website was ranking higher in Google Maps listings on page 1 for various keywords like Cardiologist NYC, NY Cardiologist, Cardiologist New York. But now suddenly some other new listings are ranking higher on page 1 and our listing is shown on for few keywords. We also have 4.9 Rating for our listing and the new listings shown on page 1 have no rating. The URL of our website is newyorkcardiac(dot)com?
