URL`s and ColdFusion?

I am looking for advice from those in the group who have done SEO on ColdFusion based websites. The site has about 1600 pages and about 100 products and the urls are a complete mess. Most urls look something like this: http://www.domain.com/page.cfm#.UcHVGd_s and product URLs look like this: http://www.domain.com/product_details.cfm?N_13=978-1-43-0023-0#.UcH0VGd_s What are my options when it comes to making these urls more SEO friendly? I need something that I could automate because with over 1600 pages doing it manually will take forever.
