Timeout while fetching the main resource

  when i am checking the page speed of website then i will get a unique message from #googlepagespeed insight tool " Timeout while fetching the main resource. Ensure that the page loads in a browser and try again."

  Tim Capper: I just ran the site through the page speed test and it loaded fine for me

  Jim Munro: It just failed for me via +Edwin Jonk ;'s link but the site itself loaded OK. Maybe there is a file required for this page that is sporadically failing.

  Jim Munro: It might be one of the ad partners or for some reason one of the requests made is for 404.html on the gtmetrix list. Might that be it? ;http://gtmetrix.com/reports/beautyspires.com/yfFmirYk
  The keywords meta tag is spammed. I'd cut it back to a couple or remove the tag altogether. Google and Bing both say they do not use it.
