  • Archie Watt: They're called sitelinks; see ;https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/47334?hl=en

They're generated automatically and Google only shows them when they think they'll be useful to the searcher.  ;There's no way to request them, but making sure your site has a good information structure will give you a better shot.
  • Dustin Kussmaul: Thank you a lot +Archie Watt!
  • Lisa VanEvery: Thank you Dustin and Archie ~, I learned from both of you. Thanks for sharing
  • Antonio Bortolin: +Archie Watt I think that google use the XML sitemap for this, isn't it?
  • Archie Watt: +Antonio Bortolin ;- not as far as I know.  ;Google isn't that specific as to what they use, but from what they do say in the help article I linked to earlier, it seems pretty clear that they're generated based on the architecture of your site.
  • Brandon Campbell: http://schema.org/SiteNavigationElement this markup along with other schema markup will help influence these types of results.
  • Antonio Bortolin: Oh ok. As always, no one can be really sure of how Big G do things! :) p

  • Edwin Jonk: The screenshot you provided is a combination of two rich snippets, namely the Sitelinks as Archie already mentioned and Local plus. The Local plus part are the stars, Google review, write a review and the address/phone. Also the right sidebar (knowledge panel) comes from Google+.

  • Perambur Kumar: This is called "Google Links" you can't create this links manually its Google decide which links better for users and show them in their search results. Mainly good navigation theme always performs well in search rankings and also when it comes to Google Sitelinks.
