  Are you using a standard opening paragraph/snippet/post description in a lot of the blog posts? Or are you using a standard opening paragraph that only differs by a the keyword of the category(eg, back injury claims/whiplash injury claim) etc etc.

  Mike Cooke: There are no standard opening paragraphs. There are a few that go across a few categories, this i can change and put on post per category, however all post go in the "blog" category as default as I use this to show all post on the main blog page so even at best all post would have two categories.

  Dave Elliott: are you only showing post titles on the category pages?
  
  if not i'd need to see the actual pages to work out what is going on, and sorry i don't really have the time, one for the actual panel experts me thinks!

  Tim Capper: I see that you are adding specific titles and desc to each category.
  
  One thing i did notice is that the og tag Locale is set as US, you might want to change that.
  
  I see you have added no index to paginated pages, but you have rel pre and next in, so you can remove these if you want to.
