Are links in a testimonial page treated as reciprocal links?

  Diego Santos Sicardo: Hi Folks. I am concerned about whether Google might consider links in a testimonial page as reciprocal links (since they are pointing to sites that previously wrote about us). Might this be an issue? Will nofollow links solve it? Thank you.
