  I already have a  ; .ca domain name and my website is strictly limited to a french /Canadian niche.
  Will this change affect SEO rankings (SERP and PR)?

  a Vipin Sharma: Yup, this could be a could change, HOSTING SERVER plays a role in ranking too... this is a one factor of all SEO factors... But its important to know the configuration, bandwidth, uptime, upload time of the new server compared to your new server... Take care of the IP too...
